Terms & Disclaimer

1. Nature of my services

Align With Krystal provides spiritual advisory services using the Akashic Records and Soul Realignment® framework, together with related Code Realignment, Property Clearing and consciousness services.

These services are intended to provide information, perspective and greater consciousness around your Soul-level information, current patterns, choices and intentions.

They are not predictive services and I do not make decisions on your behalf.

My services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Where you require assistance in any of these areas, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

2. Your choices and results

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, decisions and results.

Information received through a reading or session is provided for you to consider and apply according to your own discernment. You are never required to act on information simply because it was identified within a reading.

Soul Realignment® recognises free will and personal responsibility as central to the work.

I do not guarantee that a reading, clearing, realignment or session will create a particular personal, relationship, financial, physical or other outcome.

The work may provide information and an opportunity for change, but how you choose to respond to and integrate that information remains your responsibility.

3. Akashic Records, permission and third parties

I access Akashic Records only within the permission and responsibility boundaries of the Soul Realignment® framework.

In most circumstances, I cannot access another independent adult's Soul-level information without their permission.

Different provisions may apply where there is an appropriate level of responsibility, including work involving minor children, dependants, live-in partners or property for which the client has energetic responsibility.

Where a service involves another person, I will determine whether the work is appropriate before proceeding.

A reading about your experience of another person does not automatically provide permission to access that person's Akashic Records.

4. Bookings, payments, cancellations and refunds

Payment is required according to the terms shown when you book or purchase your service.

A significant part of my work is completed before you receive your report or attend an integration session. This can include accessing the Akashic Records, completing the reading or energetic work and preparing your written material.

If you wish to cancel before I have begun this work, please contact me as soon as possible.

Once work in the Akashic Records has begun, refunds are not provided for a change of mind.

This does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where your service includes a scheduled call, please contact me as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may require a rebooking fee where this has been disclosed as part of the booking conditions.

If I need to change or reschedule your service, I will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Confidentiality and privacy

Information you provide to me and information prepared as part of your reading or service is treated as confidential.

I may retain information reasonably necessary to provide your service, maintain appropriate business records and support future work you request.

How personal information is collected, used and stored is explained in the Privacy Policy.

I will not knowingly disclose your private reading information to another person except where you have authorised me to do so or where disclosure is required by law.

6. Reports, recordings and materials

Any personalised report, recording or written material supplied to you as part of your service is provided for your personal use.

You are welcome to retain your own material and share your own reading information at your discretion.

Align With Krystal website content, original written resources, graphics and business materials remain the intellectual property of Align With Krystal unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced, sold or represented as your own work without permission.

Soul Realignment® is a modality created by Andrea Hess. My services are provided through my own independent practice as a trained Soul Realignment® Practitioner.

7. Australian Consumer Law and governing law

Nothing in these Terms & Disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where Australian Consumer Law provides you with a remedy for a failure in the services supplied, those statutory rights continue to apply regardless of anything stated on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia.

By booking or purchasing a service from Align With Krystal, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read and understand these terms before proceeding.
