The kind of information collected

 

Identity and contact: Current Name, Name at Birth, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Email and Phone number. 

Payment details: Payments are made by bank transfer and no details of payment are stored.

Session materials: notes, recordings or links, 21-day clearing instructions, property addresses for Property Clearing, testimonials you submit are all stored for 6 -12 months then deleted.

Website data: IP address, device, pages viewed, and cookies for essential site operations and analytics.

Marketing preferences: your opt-in and unsubscribe status.
Some session information may touch on personal or sensitive areas. You choose what to share. By booking, you consent to me handling the information you provide for the uses below.

How your information is used:  

• Provide and manage bookings and services.

• Send confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and service materials.

• Process payments and receipts.

• Improve the website, services, and client experience.

• Send updates and offers if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

• Meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping duties. Legal basis and Australian Privacy Principles I follow the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). I collect, use, and store information only as needed for our services, with your consent, or where required by law.

Cookies and analytics: Essential cookies are used for site operation and session security, and analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings. If you block cookies, some features may not work as excepted.

Sharing your information: I share information with service providers who help me run the business, for example: Wix for website hosting and forms. Payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. Email and scheduling tools used to send confirmations and deliver materials. These providers may store data outside Australia. I take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information to a similar standard.
I do not sell your personal information. I may disclose information if required by law or to protect my legal rights.
 

Retention: Client records are kept for as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal obligations. If you stop working with me, I will aim to archive or delete identifiable data after seven years, unless it must be kept for longer.

Your rights: You can request access to your personal information, ask for corrections, or ask me to delete information I no longer need. Email krystalgrzelak@gmail.com If you are not satisfied with your response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Children: Services are for people 18 years and over, unless a parent or guardian provides consent.
